There are so many infused water recipes floating around the internet. Ever wonder what the main benefits of are? Of course it varies depending on the fruit and herbs used, but the bottom line is: infused water sure is a hec of a lot healthier than soft drinks and sugary fruit juice. I must also mention that it keeps us hydrated because, believe it or not, some of us are walking around dehydrated and aren’t aware. Keep these benefits in mind the next time you reach for soft drinks and grab some fruit, veggies or herbs instead!
